The Pacific Northwest is known for the trees, rain, and craft beer. The Eugene/Springfield area is no exception to that rule. The boom of local breweries has been dramatic and resulting in a fermentation district in the Blair-Whitaker neighborhood. When I have visitors in from out of town I suggest a variety of places to visit and hike, but after all that exploring a cold IPA hits the spot. On June 7 there will be a great beer fest happening in the Fermentation District called the Sasquatch Brewfest. This year will be the first time it held outdoors. Check out their site http://www.northwestlegendsfoundation.org/. You might be asking yourself why a Realtor is talking about beer. It is another selling point to the great area I love. Have a great start to the week and I hope to see you all at the Sasquatch Brewfest.
